Variety description

Triple Crown' is a classic, well-known thornless blackberry variety with a strong, semi-erect habit. The robust variety stands out due to its good frost hardness, which is why it is also suitable for high altitudes. Ripening time is in August. At this time, the new shoots on the 'Triple Crown' are already fully developed, as is usual with classic blackberries. Side shoots formed on it are cut back to 10 - 20 cm in August. In late autumn, after the harvest, the old canes are removed at ground level. The best new rods, a maximum of 5 - 6 in number, are tied in the definitive position, any further shoots are removed.
