Variety description

The gooseberry 'Hinnonmaki red' is a classic older gooseberry variety with a broad, bushy habit, low susceptibility to mildew and regular yields. The red classic is especially suitable for the home garden. The burst-resistant fruits are medium-sized, red and not very hairy. They are round and the harvest starts in mid-July.
