Variety description

The 'Tulameen' raspberry variety is a late summer raspberry with large, bright red and aromatic fruits. They are easy to pick, transportable and durable. The berries grow on the 2-year-old rods and are suitable for both fresh consumption and processing. Harvest time begins in July and yields are regularly high. The plant has a healthy growth and reaches a height of 1.2 to 1.8 meters. She is not overly susceptible to disease. In order to enable the harvest next year, the bearing shoots should be cut off close to the ground after the harvest.
