Variety description

The fruits of the 'Romeo' bush cherry are clearly recommended for fresh enjoyment. Because the latest ripening bush cherry in the range convinces with particularly mild-tasting fruits. In direct comparison, the fruits of 'Crimson Passion' seem sweeter and the fruits of 'Juliet' have a lot of sugar and acidity, more than 'Romeo', but that's exactly what makes the difference. The fruits of the 'Romeo' bush cherry have a very mild taste, although the fruits are not extremely sweet, they do not have that much acid. 'Romeo' is the shrub cherry variety that wants to please everyone and hardly offends anyone.
Since the bush cherry 'Romeo' is called almost a month later than the earliest variety 'Carmine Jewel' and still ripens two weeks later than the other varieties, 'Romeo' definitely belongs in every bush cherry assortment.
