Variety description

With the Redlove® 'Odysso®' apple tree, we also have the sweetest Redlove® apple in our range. Like all Redlove® varieties, Redlove® 'Odysso®' impresses in spring with its magnificent pink flowers combined with unusually dark foliage. Large, tall apples grow from the pink flowers over the summer, which when they are ready to pick - for Redlove® 'Odysso®' this is around the beginning of October - are almost completely dark red in color and look beautifully elegant. Redlove® 'Odysso®' apples become ready to eat after about 3-4 weeks in storage. The apples then taste wonderfully sweet and aromatic and have almost completely colored flesh. The Redlove® 'Odysso®' apples can be stored until February in a warehouse that is not too cold. As a tree, Redlove® 'Odysso®' grows medium to strong and is more upright than wide. In addition, Redlove® 'Odysso®' is resistant to scab and hardly susceptible to powdery mildew.
