Variety description

The columnar apple Malini® 'Equilibro®' is one of the stronger growing columnar apple trees from the Lubera breed and can reach a height of up to 300 cm. Malini® 'Equilibro®' is very fruitful and the yields that can be achieved are very high for a columnar apple tree. The fruits of Malini® 'Equilibro®' are ready to pick and eat from mid/late September and can therefore be enjoyed directly from the tree without further storage. The apples are juicy but also firm to the bite with a fairly balanced sugar-acid ratio. Malini® 'Equilibro®' is neither an extremely sweet apple nor an extremely sour apple but the ideal choice for lovers of both flavors. If the harvest is too large, Malini® 'Equilibro®' can also be stored until December.
