Variety description

The raspberry Himbo-Top® is an autumn raspberry that is characterized by its high yield and excellent taste. It was bred in 1990 by the successful fruit and berry breeder Peter Hauenstein and is a cross between the Autumn Bliss® and Himbo-Queen® varieties. The growth of the shoots is vigorous and can reach a height of 180 cm and it forms relatively few young shoots, but enough for an above-average yield. The ripe fruits are large, bright red and very easy to detach from the cones and have an intense raspberry aroma. Harvest time is early August and lasts 6-8 weeks.
